Purpose and scope of application
The method is suitable for measuring high temperature anti rutting ability of asphalt mixture, and can be used for high temperature stability test of asphalt mixture proportioning design, and can also be used for high temperature stability test of asphalt mixture.
Rutting test temperature and wheel pressure (test wheel and test parts of the contact pressure) can be used in accordance with the relevant provisions and needs, non annotated, the test temperature of 60 degrees, wheel pressure of 0.7MPa. According to the need, such as in the cold area can also be used 45 degrees, the test temperature can be used at high temperature 70 degrees, the heavy load traffic can be increased to 1.4MPa, but should be noted in the report. The method is suitable for the T0703, wide 300mm, thick 50~100mm plate specimen of 300mm, which is formed by wheel roller compaction machine. Other sizes of specimens can be used according to the engineering requirements. The method is also applicable to the field cutting plate specimens, the size of the cutting test piece is determined according to the actual situation of the field surface layer.
