Q1: Is it available for samples?

 

 Answer:  Yes and inventory sample is Free, but you need pay freight for cost. It is fair.

 

          As for customized samples, we will charge some cost according to the customer’s requirement. 

 

 

 

Q2: What is the lead time for samples? 

 

 Answer: if choose from inventory, we can send the samples out in 2 workdays.

 

          If customized samples, it will be 5-10 days.

 

 

 

Q3: What’s the lead time for production?

 

Answer: Normally 7-30 days depends on the order quantity and requirement.

 

 

 

Q4: Is it OK to make with customer’s brand name/logo?

 

Answer: Yes, we can print your logo on the product.

 

             If need emboss or deboss logo, it will need new mold.

 

 

 

Q5: What’s the MOQ?

 

Answer: For the parts with inventory, the MOQ is 100 pcs. If have to customized, normally the MOQ is 1000-2000 pcs. Of course, the larger the quantity, the cheaper the price.

 

 

 

Q6:Payment term

 

  1. 30% deposit upon releasing order, 70% balance paid before shipping
  2. As for small amount, it is better to pay 100% in advance to save bank charge

 

 

 

Q7: What’s the shipping method:

  1. Provide samples for approval if necessary
  2. Make payment for deposit to get the production started
  3. After production finished, the buyer can send 3rd inspector to
  4.  come to check the quality (we do 100% inspection by ourselves before shipping)
  5. Make balance payment
  6. Arrange for shipping and provide tracking number or shipping documents to buyers. 

 

Q11: After-sales service?

 

Answer: We take responsibility for any orders. We do 100% inspection

during prdocution and before packaging. If there is any defects shipped
