  Manual re-plating of layout defects has high requirements on technical level of the staff, including the control and coordination of temperature, voltage, current, and moving speed of re-plating pen. It is difficult for beginners to master in a short time and achieve high quality re-plating. The operation of automatic re-plating machine is much simpler than manual re-plating machine, voltage and current control can achieve complement (re-plating voltage is high, stirring power of the motor is enhanced to meet the needs of high current density), and qualified coating can be plated according to the temperature of the roller as long as the voltage is controlled within the rated range.

  Forced stirring motor (0.5-3v DC motor) is added in the re-plating process to achieve high current density, enabling high-speed re-plating; the copper layer can be re-plated at 15um/min speed, and all re-plated spots are bright;

4. High quality of re-plated copper layer

  Automatic re-plating machine follows the working principle of plating cell, voltage and current are complemented, as long as pre-treatment is done; the hardness and adhesion of re-plated copper layer fully meet the demand for electric carving, and there is no adverse effect on subsequent production processes.
