High Wind Pressure Open-Air crawler drilling rig, a type of portable pneumatic rock drill .
It is maily used for drilling blast hole on rock in the stone quarry plant.

1. Safe and Stable Travelling System of KG930 portable pneumatic rock drill
This machine has low gravity center and big ground clearance, and can easily travel on bumpy road. It is driven by special wheel motor. That brings it strong grade-ability and low failure rate.
Equipped with advanced auto-balance and brake system, makes the crawler rock drill travel stably and also greatly reduce its impact force to ensure the drive safety.
Special anti-lock device greatly improves the crawler drilling rig’s reliability.
Vehicle-mounted diesel engine provides strong power, so the crawler rock drill can freely travel without air compressor.
2. Powerful and reliable engine of KG930 portable pneumatic rock drill
Adopt famous 4-cylinder diesel engine as driving force which has advantages of large power, small volume, small vibration and reliable operation.
Adopt patent diesel engine air inlet regulating device (Patent No. : 200820087606.3) and desert air filter three-stage filter. That strengthens the crawler rock drill’s adaptability to severe environment and lengthened the diesel engine’s service life.
3. New Drilling Boom of KG930 portable pneumatic rock drill
Optimally designed luffing mechanism and round drilling boom with the advantages of neoteric structure and easy maintenance greatly improves the drilling hole’s coverage area. That also makes low-order horizontal hole drilling available.
4. Powerful feed mechanism and rotating system of KG930 portable pneumatic rock drill
The new rotating system is composed of orbit hydraulic motor and planetary gearbox. That provides the crawler rock drill, a type of wagon drill, with strong torque reserve and reduce the sticking drilling rate.
The feed mechanism driven by high power hydraulic motor can generate 20 KN lifting power. Adjust the pressure regulating valve on the control valve can got the favorable driving power which is required by the working condition.
