1. This cordless heavy duty electric shear works like a pair of hand shears, except it makes cutting easier, faster and a cleaner cut of single and low lays. Cuts material up to 12 mm (1/2") in thickness, including cloth, knitted fabrics, leather, carpet, fiberglass etc. A 60 mm (2 5/16") 10-sided round knife and carbide tipped stationary counter knife becomes a self- sharpening combination. The heart of this cutter is its powerful 9.6 volt brushless motor, powered by a heavy duty NiCad Battery Pack. Recharges in 1 hour and can cut approximately 300 meters (1000 feet) of cloth or 120 meters (350 feet) of carpet on a single charge. For continuous operation, keep a second battery in the charger. The newly designed knife guard meets international safely regulations. Comes equipped with simple touch sharpener to ensure sharpness at all times. Automatic stop when not held in hand.
