Introduction
FXG-C automatic rotary capping machine integrated bottle collecting, cap arranging, cap putting on, cap rotary and bottle exiting in one machine. It uses catching cap positioning rotary cap, whole machine is rotary structure. In the process of rotary cap without injury bottle and cap phenomenon, high efficiency, high qualified rate, stable operation, wide application range, can be comparable to similar foreign products. The machine is adaptable for various kinds of outer cap automatic revolve to close for regular glass or plastic bottle, the capping device grasping various caps transmitted by scraping plate, complete outer cap revolve to close in the bottle rotary process. The machine adopts PLC control, touch human-machine interface, convenient and intuitive operation. all shapes and types of bottle just by adjusting without any additional parts. It is equipped with international advanced Lid cover equipment and of high production efficiency.
