Light conveyor belt

1.Annular conveyor belt is the belt without joint, it features that the strength of the joint between the belt carcass can reach 90% of the belt inherent strength, no distinct joining defect on the belt surface, smooth conveying and small extension.

2.The belt carcass is made from excellent pure cotton or Vinylon and polyester canvass as the mightiness layer, generally with 2~6 layers, the max. belt width is 1500mm.

 

3.According to the performance, the belt can be divided into general belt, heat-resistant belt (≤120), cold-resistant belt(≥40), acid and alkali resistant belt, anti-static electricity belt, high temperature resistant belt (≤150) and sanitary style, etc.
