High voltage self adhesive tape rubber tape description:
High voltage self adhesive tape rubber tape is our specialized product. It is an ethylene propylene rubber based high voltage tape possessing superior electrical, chemical, mechanical, and thermal properties. It is a self-amalgamating tape that fuses quickly yielding a void-free, electrically stable build-up. It is also compatible to all extruded dielectric cable insulation.
It is a versatile material for waterproofing, corrosion protection, jointing and repair of cables - used indoors and outdoors. Product properties and correct application ensure waterproof connections (for fresh and sea water) in a wide range of temperatures.
High voltage self adhesive tape rubber tape features
1. Wide operating temperature range: -40 ... +80 oC
2.Compatibility with a wide range of rubber and plastic dielectric cable insulation (e.g. PE, PVC, butyl, neoprene)
3.High resistance to prolonged immersion in water and excellent resistance to ozone;
4.The tape can be removed cleanly from most surfaces - ideal for temporary repairs;
5.The tape is interleaved with a disposable plastic liner.
