2.Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. You can fly to Nanjing Lukou airport directly or take train from Shanghai to Nanjing South Railway Station. You are warmly welcome to visit us whenever you are available!
3.Q: What is the raw material of your products?
A: As general, the raw material of steel code is Q235.Other steel is also available to clients' requirements.
4.Q: What is the term of payment?
A: As general, 30% T/T advance payment and 70% T/T balance before shipping.
5.Q: What is delivery times?
A: In general, within 20 days. It also depends on the order quantity and racking types.
6.Q: May I know the status of my order?
A: Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. You will get the latest information in time.
7.Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes. Short sections of samples could be provided, they are free of charge, but international courier costs to be borne by clients.
8.Q: Is Galvanised Finish available for pallet racks?
A: Yes. Pallet raking posts and bracings are available with galvanized finish.
9.Q: How could you guarantee the products quality?
A:We have professional engineer to check what size should be used to guarantee your load weight request. Before shipping, our quality control also would carefully check whether the quality is approved.
10.Q: How could I install the racks?
A:We would provide detail install drawing to teach you how to install the racks. If needed, we also could provide free engineer to teach you installation. But related cost( Flight, living and eating) should be in your charge.
