Waste tire steel wire drawing machine for tire recycling line
USE:
Pull out the bead wires inside tires’ sidewalls completely before cutting and shredding processed.
Structure and principle:
Hooker, cross-hole plate are made of materials after special treatment, wear-proof, heavy-duty and long life;
With lifting device, the tire could be loaded for processing at ease to increase handling speed and save labor;
The lifting and pulling processes are controlled with hand lever manually to ensure process accuracy;
The hydraulic system adopts international advanced plunger pump technology, low noise, high pressure and improved the stability and life of the machine.

Why we need to remove the steel wire of the tire bead ?
--To increase the life of the tire shredder's knives,(the price of tire shredder's knife is about USD 1000/pc,the tire shredder has 20pcs knives.

PACKING AND SHIPPING
The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H).
If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
If machine is big, we will fix the machine inside container with steel wires and nails.Machine won't move inside the container.
