With guaranteed product quality, all HRS all in one street lights are testedusing precision electronic instruments before packing and delivery to clients.

Step 1: Random sampling components and assemble them into 5 sets Solar LED Street Lights;

Step 2: Function & performance test in accordance with standard quality regulations;

Step 3: Temperature & aging cyclic test ( -20℃ to 60℃) for the whole solar street light system ( pole not included );

Step 4: Salt spray test for for the whole solar street light system ( pole not included );

Working Princple                                                 

The all in one solar hybrid street light  relies on  solar energy, which is clean, endless and environment-friendly. 

The system is mainly composed of solar panel, light source, controller and battery all in one lamp,it is defferent from the design of old solar street light with outer controller parts. In daytime, when there is sunshine,the solar panel can convert the solar energy and store it in the battery. 

At night or rainy or cloudy condition,the battery shall supply power for normal lighting. The solar canjudge the brightness of daylight and automatically switch on the light.

The whole process is operating in completely automatic mode, without human action.
