 A: Sample order is acceptable. 

2. Q: What is the lead time?

A: As usually, 25-35 days after receiving TT deposit or L/C. But we will finish order with shorter time for your urgent need. 

3. Q: Where is your loading sea port?

A: Fuzhou, China.

4. Q: Is it all right to make customer’s own brand name?

A: We can be your OEM manafacture with your authorization of brand..

5. Q: What is your company available production capactiy?

A: One 40HQ container can be finished per day. The more quantities, the same delivery time. 

Warranty:

(1) Guarantee for one year or 1000hours (according to whichever reaches first) from ex-factory date.   

(2) During guarantee period,our company will provide the free easy-damaged spare-parts for problems caused by our quality of production or raw material.
