We set up Shandong Weifang Sand Mine Equipment Development Research Institute in 2004, and established good business relationship with the national every big scientific research. The developed new type sand making machinery has been used by the state's key projects in Qingdao - Huangdao Bridge project. Tin ore equipment has been used by Indonesia clients and received good economic benefit. The new developed large, medium and small sand-digging ship were widely used for river dredging by Nigeria clients and domestic customers.

1.Design

Our cutter suction dredgers are designed by senior engineers,who have specialized in shipbuilding and dredging work for many years, to guarantee they are well-designed and practical.

2.Skilled workers & ex-work testing

Every cutter suction dredger is built by skilled workers and inspected strictly to assure the high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.

3.Cummins Engine

The dredgers are equipped with world famous powerful Cummins engine,which are famous for its durability,lower oil consumption,standardized accessories and easy maintenance.

4.Hydraulic system

Hydraulic system: the most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger.The hydraulic system requirements are very high

and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire dredger.Lateral traction winches,lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven by hydraulic motors.

An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve manifold, solenoid valve, hydraulic pipes, hydraulic electrical actuator and so on.

5.Detachable Structure

The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or moving from one working site to another.

6. Assembly & Staff Training

Our experienced installers will arrive at the construction site to guide,teach and training your staff to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.
