Main characteristics in product:
1.With good shock absorption,stability of iron casting lathe and CNC machining center that can process all materials once,it can provide a good basis for knife spindle and feeding.
2.The main spindle is processed specially and the other imported spindles with high precision can well support the whole machine.
3.With elastic pedrail scratcher (optional in lift functions),the pressed distance of the elastic scratchers can be chose according to the thickness and bending degree of the wood so as to increase the machining accuracy and strengthen the feeding powerful.
4.The knife spindle,pressing roller and stable feeder on the lathe with manual and automatic adjustable structure make sure the orientation more rapidly and accurately
5.Imported electrical components keep the sensitive machine works fast and security,h-shaped series of products are equipped with digital display devices,the processing thickness can be controlled directly on operation pane.
6.After special handling,the worktable is durable and smooth.
7.The precision can be up to 0.01mm.
