1.The machine uses stable performance industrial computer as control center, Windows operating system, humanized design software and graphic auxiliary function to guide programming,easy operating.
2.The machine is designed with two working stations. During the processing in one working station, could do feeding or unloading in another working station, increasing the working effciency.
3.The machine hold work-piece by vacuum suction, various working procedures can be accomplished in one clamping.
4.The machine body and beam are heavy-duty steel structure, through strict heating processing and accuracy processing, make the machine working more stable.
5.100% electrical components are supplied by SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, OMRON, DELTA and LG brand.
6.100% air-operated components are supplied by AIRTAC,SMC.
7.The machine has three functions:milling,edging and trimming. Every function could work independently or combined. It could process irregular work-piece such as"L"shape, circle shape and boat shape.
8.Milling function uses 7.5kw high-frequency motor,Max, speed is 18000rpm, high milling speed.
9.Edging function has auxliary pressing device and automatic detection device, ensure the edging accuracy.
10.Edging function uses 1.8kw high-frequency motor, Max,speed is 12000rpm, ensure the edging quality.
11.The machine could install light-harrier protection device to ensure the people's safety.
