The advantages of exhaust fan
1. Fan blade is made of stainless steel by punch forming, no dust, attractive and durable.
2. Fan belt pulley is made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting which reduces the weight of blade impeller complete, high corrosion resistance.
3. Both China famous motor and Siemens motor are available. Motor voltage and frequency can be customized. Chinese famous motor OEM by special design for fan. Motor protection grade IP55, insulation class F grade.
4. Fan bearing adopts imported double-row bearing with special waterproof design, water can’t enter. High strength, lower noise, maintenance free and long service life.
5. Centrifugal system open the shutters at complete 90 degree to ensure the lowest air resistance and biggest air volume.Guide rod is made of 304 stainless steel,ensures the high strength,no rust ,reduces frication.
6. Hot-dip galvanized blade support and safe net ensure never rust.
Patented product , overcame the biggest problem which is the fan shutter would be pinned and can’t be opened or shut up. When you apply our hammer fans, the shutter will be opened or closed freely and flexibly even if the fans unused over months. If you buy each components from our company, and then assemble in your local facility, they are easier to assemble and operate. So it will save your work time and be more efficient.
