Specifications

PU mould sandwich board:Two sides of color steel with high-density PU in the sandwich.using the lock to connect with each panel ,with the small gap between two panels,easy to install together.

Fire Rating. PU reaches Grade B2 fire rating.

We have two producting lines:one is continous,another is uncontinous line.

No1:the continous line brought in from Germany.

 This producting line can produce 2000 square meter of freezer panel,The freezer panel made from this line has the standard width of 985mm,the length of the panel can cut as your requirment.

It has male and female edges to make it easier to install on site, so it saves the construction time and periord and cost. It can be pre-manufactured in factory and assembled on site, so it saves the cost of labor considerably.

No2:the uncontinous line ,this line can makt the mould locking cold panel.This panel has the locking around the panel.Using the locking connect each panel.This panels often use to make the small cold room.
