The roof panel's standard width is 950mm or 1000mm .The thickness is 30mm,50mm,60mm,75mm,100mm.
Rigid Polyurethane is till now the worldly recognized best insulated material for building.
Advantages:
1. Fire Rating. PU reaches Grade B2 fire rating.
2. Heat & Sound Insulation. Temperature suitable for PU ranges from -200+150. Low Temperature Brittleness does not occur to PU sandwich panel, so it is the ideal insulated material for freezer.
3. Good chemical resistance, waterproof, anti-corrosion, insect-free etc.
4. Advanced Tech. Automatic rolling machines make the whole process of manufacture time-effective and cost-effective.
5. Easy Installation. PU sandwich panel has male and female edges and alos have the lock. to make it easier to install on site, so it saves the construction time and periord and cost. It can be pre-manufactured in factory and assembled on site, so it saves the cost of labor considerably.
