Specifications

Application:

Series JYWL adopts novel structure, the machine is mainly composed of seat system, mesh filtering system, seal system, discharging system. Manual operation, live Bolt locks seal. It realizes closed filtering operation, easy discharging residua, no environment pollution.

JYWL main parts and structure:
1. Filtration Main parts
This filtration system is mainly composed of filtering housing, Filter plate, movable opening system, seal-locked system. (See the Structure diagram) I. Filtering housing Filtering housing are composed of cylinder and end-cover with the live bolt system connecting, it is a closed filtering container. End-cover and cylinder use rectangular rubber seal between the flange sealing gaskets, In the filtering housing, there are filtering plate with liquid collection tube fitted, fixed-distance shaft, feeding distribution tube, rail orbit, baffle, etc. and cylinder or the head fitted installed inlet cup, outlet cup, spills, pressure gauges, safety valves, sewage and other orifices.
II. Filter plate
Filter plate is the main working parts. Filter plate is compose of multi-layer networks of different sizes of stainless steel, mesh plate central region is the filtrate flow channel, the external filter plate is rolling rectangular framework made by stainless steel plate as a collection of the filtering flow channel, the filtering mesh and rectangular framework form the filter plate, At the bottom of the framework, there is outlet cup, which connect to the filtering flow channel and seal by O seal rubber.
III. Cylinder Head, cylinder, opening and closing seal system
The filtration system is horizontal installed on the rack; there are four roller bearings in the slide rack beams. When release the bolt and push the cylinder, the system will open; when pull the cylinder and lock the bolt, the system will close.
