CorelDraw 12 embedded software and AutoCAD embedded software.
Main Features of co2 laser cutting & engraving controller awc608c :
1.Use the embedded DSP technology of 32-bit floating point high-speed to control the core, the main frequency is up to 150MH. Setting device parameter out of PC completely. All coupler completely isolated from outside interference, the system is reliable, U disk can upgrade to the latest program.
2. Support USB2.0 port, U disk reading and writing.
3.Network management, PC-communication is more convenient, safe, and reliable.
With 128MB storage, work independently form PC, which is useful for the quantities of engraving and cutting production.
4.Control algorithm based on the size and measurement to make the system more generic.
5.Can fulfill 4 axis’ control(X Y laser control, Z is lift axis, U is feeding axis, they are also can be custom-made flexibility)Connect the various motor drive system, and can control servo,stepping etc motion organization.
6.Support automatic inflatable, automatic focus, the foot switch, safe protection etc functions.
7.Support Dural-laser control, power can adjust separately, and can control a variety of lasers.
8.A variety of engraving and cutting models can finish the operation in one time
When cutting it can increase the introduction export line at any angle, ensure the cutting seams smooth, flexibility set the cutting speed of small circle, i mprove a high cutting effect.
9.Layered output data, each layer can be individually defined on the output power, the output speed, and the laser models (cutting, engraving, slop engraving etc, and automatically save the definition and parameter of each layer.
10.When power is cut off suddenly, it still can support the machine work (that is Power Continued Carving), the function can make you do large files flexibility.
11.Freely distribute the control software(such as CorelDraw and AutoCAD) based on Windows ( or support PLT,BMP,DST,DSB,DXF etc format. )
12.LCD display screen, can customize touch screen as well.
