Brief Introduction

PP fume hood use 8mm thick high quality pure material PP (polypropylene) panel to make through integrally welded by same color welding rod, the acid and alkali resistant and weather resistant is very good, with semi-permanent feature.

The top use top hood type air exhaust design, guide panel use the same material PP to make, with perfect acid and alkali resistant.
Installation size is scientific and reasonable, without airflow corner, can get max exhaust gas capture performance.

Cabinet use lots of “” ”U” “T” type strengthening structure, ensuring whole body solid and reliable.

Shell=Upper Hood: use 8mm thick high quality pure material PP (polypropyle) panel to make, after caved bent treatment into whole cabinet, with strong acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance. inner side panel can be set water cock, also can be matched with gas cock, back panel can be fixed guide panel, top panel can be set lighting and gas collecting device.

Guide Panel use bran-new 8.0mm welded PP panel to make, with strong acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, installed in the back and top of the work space,consists of at least 3 panels, make the joint between work space and exhaust pipeline form one gas chamber, and discharge the polluted gas equably. the guide panel and the cabinet body is connected with guide clip, can be dismantled and assembled repeatedly.

Gas collecting Hood use PP material, with strong corrosion resistance, the entrance of the bottom is rectangle opening, the top exit is circular opening.

Steel wire Rope the balance weight and glass visual window connection use standard steel wire rope, ensuring safety for user.

Guide Clip acid and alkali resistant PP material, good anti corrosion performance, azure blue color.
Pulley use PP mute pulley, with small friction.

sliding door: mobile vertical sliding door, installed between work space and operator in order to protect the operator(s), combining the balance position, the sliding door can be stop at any mobile position.one piece of tempered glass visual window is set on the top of the adjustable door, the visual filed is clear and unhampered.
glass: 5mm thick tempered glass, bigger strength, good bending, will not produce acute angel small pieces when broken, with excellent acid and alkaline resistance.
frame: use frameless door, embedded combined with glass four edges clamped, ensuring the window’s safety and durability.
suspension sling: use synchronous structure, synchronous belt drive ratio is accurate, with small symmetry axis force, compact structure,oil resistant, good ware resistance and aging resistance.

Worktop the fume hood worktop uses PP material 8.00 thickness, the top has good performance for waterproof, acid and alkali resistance, which adopts integral welding design with upper cabinet bod (upper hood), the operation surface is equipped with water retaining anti-overflow treatment, the top can be other material tops as per customers’ requirement; water sink and faucet is optional.

Operation Panel use LCD control panel,set with buttons for power supply, socket, lighting, blower and operating indicator light,etc. LCD screen can display the operating condition clearly.
Lamp use 30W tri-proof lamp 1 piece, waterproof,anti-corrosion, anti-oxidation anti-oxidation, quick repair design.
 

Socket use anti-corrosion and anti-splash cover, each fume hood is matched with four 220V universal 3-hole sockets(can be matched with other sockets in addition as per customer’s actual requirements)

Under Cabinet use 8mm thick high quality pure material PP (polypropyle) panel to make, after caved bent treatment into whole cabinet, with strong acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance. door panels all use interflanging structure,firm and not easy to deform, elegant.

Handle use PP handles special for lab use, with strong corrosion resistance and good resistance to acid and alkali, azure blue color.

Hinge use PP hinges special for lab use,with strong corrosion resistance good resistance to acid and alkali. (color is optional:azure blue or porcelain white)

Water Sink use PP sink, made of high density PP and is resistant to strong corrosion, with function of filtering and deodorizing, the water storage elbow is made of high density PP and anti-siphon. (optional)

Water Cock use wall remote water valve&nozzle, main body is thickened copper material, high bright epoxy resin coating on surface, anti-corrosion, heat resistance; ceramic valve core, rotate 90 °, the switch life time is 500000 times, static maximum pressure resistant 20; the switch knob is made of high density PP, which conforms to the ergonomic design and feels comfortable. (optional)

Gas Cock use wall remote control gas valve& nozzle, main body is thickened copper material, high bright epoxy resin coating on surface, anti-corrosion, heat resistance, the switch knob is made of high density PP, which conforms to the ergonomic design and feels comfortable. (optional)
