Automatic Wheel Rutting/Tracking Test Device
Description:
The instrument is designed and made as per T0719 in the Industry Standard JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering. It is mainly used to determine the resistance to rutting of bituminous mixture at high temperature. It can also be used as an auxiliary check method during bituminous mixture ratio design.

2. Test vehicle moving distance: 230±10mm;
3. Hardness of rubber for rolling wheel: 78±2 (International Standard Hardness);
4. Pressure between rolling wheel and test mold: 0.7±0.05MPa;
5. Test mold size: 300×300×50mm;
6. Measurement range for displacement: 0~30 mm;
7. Measurement accuracy for displacement: less than 0.01 mm;
8. Test duration: 60~240min;
9. Temperature controlling range for constant temperature case: room temperature~80°C;
