BST-10D Digital Concrete Bond  Adhesive Strength Pull dynamometer 

Application

This method is particularly suitable for applications concerning testing repairs of concrete structures where the bond strength between two layers is an important factor. The same principle is applied to test the adhesive strength of different type of surface coatings like cement plaster, lime, wall plaster, etc. on its support.

Rotate the handle around clockwise direction to drive the coaxial worm to bring the screw rod to drive the small piston to push the hydraulic oil in the oil pump into the oil cylinder, and to drive the big piston to connect with connecting nuts and standard pieces to load pull-off force up toward the sample. At the same time, hydraulic oil press the oil sensor, oil sensor exchange the pressure into electric signal processed by electronic circuit. Rotate the handle to add oil pressure until the standard piece was pulled off.

There’re 3 of each standard pieces 95 × 45 mm and 40 × 40 mm supplied with the tester. The digital indicator is installed on the tester. It is suitable for field test.
