Digital Asphalt Penetrometer
Characteristics:
Penetration reading are quickly taken using this simple to operate apparatus. The 150mm diameter dial is graduated in 360 divisions of 0.1mm . The indicating pointer is fitted with a friction/geared knob which can be rotated freely to any position on the dial.Resetting the needle can be carried out quickly and positively ready for the next measurement.
The unit is mounted on a base fitted with a spirit level. The dial indicator and penetration holder is positioned above the sample by means of an adjustable arm fitted to a support column.
