This series of machine tool is suitable for machine-manufacture trade to grind the planes and side surfaces of various precise metal parts such as steel, cast iron and nonferrous metal, etc.
Characteristic:
The lengthways moving of the working table is hydraulic transmission, and the transverse moving adopts the rolling Linear motion guide with high precision and sensibility.
The working table slideway of rail is pasted the polytetra fluoroethylene soft belt. The wear-resistant is good, and the energy consumption is low.
The wheel head perpendicular feed is manual, and has the quick elevating mechanism. It can raise work efficiency. The grind head spindle bearing adopts the unitary sleeve bearing and the thrust bearing with high carrying capcity and slewing precision.
The roughness is low and it is convenient for users to operate.
