Note: When using , don't let temperature higher than 700 degree 

When using , drilling requires high impact resistance ,when finished a lot PDC , we will choose 5% sample for testing in impact resistance .

When drilling , long time drilling will make its temperature higher , so PDC has to have an ability to face high temperature drilling .

In order to guarantee our working life , we will choose some sample for testing in working life . Our testing way is drilling granite , granite hardness is higher than other geological .

PCD work layer & tungsten carbide part is used mesh connect method to make it stronger . 
When using PDC , PDC work layer is not easy to take off and more abrasive resistant
