4. Introduction

GCG1000 type dust sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) is an absorbing and digesting the advanced technology of measuring dust, the use of the scattering intensity is proportional to the dust concentration and principle to travel floating dust when irradiated with light dust on the ground, scattering intensity of light into electrical signals, to calculate the relative concentration of dust, then the parameter value preset can be directly calculated mass concentration of dust. Through the LCD and converted into a frequency signal and a current signal, RS485 data signal output.
Sensors can be continuous, real-time display of dust concentration for a long time, while 200-1000HZ frequency signal output compatible with the monitoring system and 4-20mA current signal and RS485 data signal, for monitoring system or other systems. By pre-warn dust concentration threshold point, when the dust concentration measured reaches the value immediately outputs a warning signal to alert staff to promptly initiate appropriate dust control measures.
