LTC3780 constant voltage constant current undervoltage protection board instructions
Welcome to purchase our voltage module, please carefully read the following instructions, or due to improper use of the damage caused by the Company will not be warranty, replacement.
This module belongs to the automatic step-down power supply, the input voltage is below, above, equal to the output voltage, the output voltage can be maintained stable. For example, the output is set to 12V, the input voltage changes between 5 ~ 32V, the output regulator in the 12V unchanged; constant current, constant voltage, undervoltage protection, and output instructions, fault indication function, the output overcurrent Pressure, short circuit protection; all components can achieve industrial applications; can be perfect for a variety of occasions, such as charging, high power LED driver, power supply, automotive power and so on.
Electrical parameters:
1. Input voltage: DC5-32V, it is recommended to use the voltage above 10V
2. Output voltage: DC1V-30V continuously adjustable; default 12V delivery;
3. Output current: 10A (MAX) within 7A long, the default 4A delivery;
4. Output power: long 80W, peak 130W, more than 80W Please strengthen the heat;
5. Output ripple: 50mV (12V to 12V, 5A measured);
6. Input reverse polarity protection: none, if necessary, connect the Schottky diode in series with the input;
7. Output anti-backlash: no, if you need to charge, please close the output in the Schottky diode;
8. Operating temperature range: -45 ~ +85 ℃;
9. Size: 77.6 * 46.5 * 15mm (including the bottom of the cooling aluminum);
10. Short circuit protection: Yes;
Instructions:
1. Battery undervoltage protection adjustment method: (12V lead-acid battery set 10V undervoltage protection, turn off the output as an example)
Input to the regulator power supply to adjust to 10V, adjust the undervoltage protection potentiometer (clockwise increase, counterclockwise reduction), until the fault indicator light (red light) is lit, that is set successfully; so the battery discharge to 10V, Will automatically cut off the power supply to protect the battery from damage.
Note: if not battery-powered can not set;
2. Output voltage adjustment method: input power supply (voltage is higher than the undervoltage protection value), the red light is not bright, the blue light is on, the output then multimeter, adjust the output voltage potentiometer (clockwise increase, counterclockwise) Until the required voltage;
Note: the normal red light does not shine, blue light, and vice versa for failure, input undervoltage protection, output overcurrent protection, output short circuit protection, please remove the fault re-power.
3. Output current adjustment method: (12V input charge 12V lead-acid battery, charging current 5A example)
Input 12V power supply, output and connect the ammeter (red pen and then the output is positive, black pen then negative, direct short-circuit output. Recommended with more than 15A ammeter, to prevent burning insurance), adjust the constant current potentiometer (clockwise, Hour to reduce), until the ammeter shows the required value of 5A, remove the ammeter, connected to the battery can be normal charge.
Note: If used for constant voltage equipment, only need to set the maximum output current.
