1.Product features:

2. Application:
SSR series of solid-state relay using flame-retardant engineering plastic shell, epoxy potting, threaded lead-out wiring, with high structural strength, impact resistance, anti-vibration, the input drive current is small and convenient computer terminals and various digital Programmable circuit interface, widely used in petrochemical equipment, food machinery, packaging machinery, textile machinery, CNC machine tools, plastic machinery, fitness equipment, entertainment facilities, and other areas of automation and control.
Particularly suitable for corrosion, moisture, dust, explosion-proof requirements such as harsh environments, and frequent switching occasions, AC contactor update replacement products.
3. Safety precautions:
1, the load current higher than 5A must use the radiator or installed in the corresponding cooling effect of the metal floor, and solid-state relay between the cooling plate and the installation surface coated with thermal grease, 40A plus fan strong or cold water.
2, the use of inductive load, high transient voltage and surge current applied and output, which may lead to solid-state relay mis-conduction or damage, usually need to be connected at the output with a specific clamping voltage voltage control devices, such as two Zener diode or varistor (MOV). Varistor recommended to take the rated voltage of 1.6-1.9 times.
3, the control of the minimum load current close to the smaller load current load, the load must be connected in parallel with a virtual load resistance to reduce the output leakage current in the load to produce a higher residual voltage.
4, in order to avoid the solid-state relay temperature rise exceeds the allowable value, the design application should consider the cooling effect and installation location, when two or more solid-state relay side by side installation, should leave the appropriate spacing.
5, more than only the output of solid-state relays can not be used in parallel to try to increase the output current. But the output can be used in series in order to apply a higher operating voltage.
6, when using more than a solid state to share a control power, the input can be used in series can also be used in parallel.
7, capacitive load Please use this piece with caution, please select the capacitive load dedicated solid state relay.
