IQF frozen scallop
Processing method:
1) All the live materials are arranged to factory, open the shell, guts off, edges off, roe off and take the meat.
2) Washing by purify sea water, remove the admixture.
3) Collecting the grade, washing them by purify sea water.
4) Products disinfected, washing by fresh water in 30 seconds, losing water in 1 minute, quick frozen with IQF machine,.
5) Weight measurement.
6) Ice glazing by fresh water and packing.
Product characteristic: Meat texture is very elasticity. Products are in arc shape, they are welcomed by many customers.
