The Rotary Dryer Application:
The rotary drier(drying machine) is used for drying materials with a certain humidity or granularity in the fields of beneficiation, building materials, metallurgy and chemical industry. It can be used to dry the slag, limestone,coal powder, clay and other related materials.
The rotary dryer mainly consists of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device. Our dryer is of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption and convenient for transportation. It has been widely used due to its great adaptability towards various raw material, simple structure and reliability.
The Rotary Dryer Usage Range:
1. This dryer is particularly suitable for drying big granules in chemicalindustry, minerals, metallurgy industry, and so on. Such as ore, slag, coal, metal powder, clay, diatomite, kaolin
2.Agriculture, feed, fertilizer industry, such as straw, hay, sawdust and tree leaves, fish meal, corn, rice, wheat, corn sauce, starch slag, vines, liquid, fruit dreg, soy sauce slag, GanZheZha, peatmoss, organic compound fertilizer, sludge, aquatic products waste food waste, slaughterhouses, wastes, organic fertilizers, inorganic phosphate fertilizer, and sulfur amines.
3.It can also dry special powder and granule material ,such as all sorts of crystals, light calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite, inorganic mud, clay, lime slurry, ore mud, phosphorus slag, aluminum plant red mud.
4. The drying temperature should be low, and the raw material should be dried continuously in large scale.
