1. What's your MMQ?
Usually products are sold in full containers that can be filled up with 27tons for European market, while 17 tons for the Unite States. Less quantity would be also acceptable according to your requests.
2. How long is your delivery time?
Usually it takes 2 or 3 weeks for one container after sales confirmation is confirmed.
3. How is your packing?
Packing should be subject to normal export packing standards with strong and fumigated wooden crates or bundles.
4. What's your payment terms?
T/T, L/C, D/A, D/P, O/A etc
5. Is sample available?
Sample is available according to your requests.
6. What's the guarantee I can get from your company?
C&F even To Door insurance is covered for any damages during the transportation. Meanwhile, you will
receive production photos as well to make sure of the products are exactly same as you've ordered.
7. How to settle the claim if there is any quality discrepancy?
In case of quality discrepancy such as wrong finishing, wrong dimension, wrong delivery and wrong material, claims should be filed by the buyer within 3 months for monuments and 6 weeks for
construction materials after the arrival of goods at the port of destination.
8. How to settle the claim if there is any quantity and packing discrepancy?
Regarding quantity and packing discrepancy, claims should also be filed by the buyer within 2 weeks after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.
