Plastic Extrusion Making Single-prillar Screen Changer
1. Hydraulic extrusion screen changer used built-in various sealing device, sealed performance is good, meet any polymer high extrusion quantity with different production, can cooperate to use standard extruder.
2. High wear resistance, high pressure, high precision filter design. The hydraulic screen changer improves effective filter area and filtering effect.
3. Fast screen changer times is equal or lesser than 2 seconds, filtration area optional from φ30-φ250mm.
4. Pressure 25-30Mpa, temperature under the condition of 300 degrees, doesn’t affect the use of performance.
5. Apply to: PC, PMMA, PET, PS, PU, PP, PE, EVA, ABS, PVC and other polymer.
