This item includes seven modes modes of flashing / strobe. Each LED panel contains 4 LED, for a total of 7 panels ( 28 LED ).

Mode 1) Flashes between left and right panel.
Mode 2) Flashes all the panels together.
Mode 3) Scans from right to left panel.
Mode 4) Scans from left to right.
Mode 5) Strobes Left then right panel a few times then flashes all the panel at once.
Mode 6) Flashes all Panels.
Mode 7) Turns all the LED.
