3.0oz Standard Black Ground Cover
Ground Cover fabric is referred to by several names, but it was designed with one purpose in mind: to trap moisture in the soil and prevent weed growth.
Ground Cover (weed barrier, conservation fabric or weed block) is an engineered black woven polypropylene geotextile fabric. This fabric is designed to withstand long periods of sunlight, resist damage from insects and wildlife, and allow water penetration. All NYP ground cover comes with a woven green stripe marker every 12” for guidance during installation or for lining potted plants.
3.0oz Standard Black Ground Cover
• Premium, landscape-quality, black 4.1 oz., 30 mil woven, needle-punched fabric is manufactured from UV-resistant polypropylene. This durable, commercial-grade cover is the choice of most landscapers.
• Marked every 12" for easy plant alignment, measuring and cutting.
• Safely eliminate weeds while enhancing plant growth.
• Conserve soil moisture and promote healthy plant growth by eliminating competing weeds.
