This geogrid composite consist of Hongxiang bi-axial steel-plastic geogrid which is heat bonded to a non-woven needle punched geotextile separator. This range is very effective for stabilizing weak soils that are saturated and susceptible to piping. It creates a composite combo product solution ideal for combined soilstabilization/reinforcement applications with enhanced separation and filtration properties of a nonwoven geotextile combined with the high-modulus reinforcement properties of bi-axial geogrids.
On the other hand, this range further enhances the reinforcement function along with maintaining the drainage capability of the sub-base to maintain a stable structure. The non-woven geotextile component is very effective in keeping expensive imported material from being contaminated due to migration of fines from the saturated base soils.
