When Surface skin select PC sheet usually thickness can be 1.0mm,1.5mm,2.0mm, or 2.5mm. Most popular Color is transparent. 

When  Surface skin select acrylic sheet usually thickness can be 2.0mm, 3.0mm. Color can be selected from varies colors popular in market.

When surface skin select PETG sheet usually thickness can be 1.5mm,2.0mm, or 2.5mm.

There are two models now in our PC honeycomb sandwich panel system,one is OPTpan,which select PC or Acrylic sheet as skin panel laminate on PC honeycomb core to make out OPTpan. If select both sides transparent skin panel,not only light transmission but also visiable on both sides of panel.

The other one is DRIpan,which select PETG or Acrylic sheet as skin panel to melting partly into PC honeycomb core to make out DRIpan.So by DRIpan,even select transparent skin sheet as panel, there is only light transmission but unvisiable to both sides of panel.Partly melting core looks like tear drip on the panel. Dripan is more better in integration than Optpan.

Surface panel can be selected thermoplastic material ,such as polycarbote,acrylic,polyethylene terephthalate glycol, thickness, size and color according to clients request. Core material is transparent PC honeycomb , honeycomb core diameter can be 3.5mm,6.0mm and 8.0mm.
