Step 1:Prepare the plastic sheet and heat the machine to a rated temperature at first,then put the sheet to the heating machine to make it soft;
Step 2:put the soft plastic sheet in the blowing machine which with the lamp shade mold above and a rated temperature;
Step 3:Press the button,wind will blow the soft sheet from the below side,and the upside mould will press down to finalize the design by the vacuum thermoforming process;
Step4:Pick up the lamp cover from the machine and put on the protective film;
Step 5:cutting by CNC;
Step 6:Pre-packing show.
Vacuum Thermoforming Production Process:
Step 1: Heating the plastic sheet
Step 2: Vacuum forming to shape
Step 3: Cooling to maintain shape
Step 4: Making half finished product
Step 5: CNC Processing
Step 6: Trimming edges
Step 7: Drilling holes
Step 8: Examination and checking
Step 9: Cleaning and Packaging
