Brief introduction of Silica and quartz sand rotary dryers
1. Widely used for drying material with humidity or granularity in the industries of mineral dressing,

3. It mainly consists of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, lifting blade, driving and supporting
device, sealing ring and etc.
Working principle of Silica and quartz sand rotary dryers :
1.The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with chargeable angles in order, throws
moisture materials into the rotary cylinder.
2.The water will be separated from the materials by hot airflow and changed into vapor to be
discharged into the atmosphere.
3.Then the material would be dried.
