Specification
Leveling mount: Carbon steel with yellow zinc plated finish, or 303 stainless steel
Jam nut is standard part of assembly
Hardened stud with ball end is machined from solid bar
Non-skid cup pad: Neoprene rubber
Coupling nut is not recommended to use for installation; use nut or tapped hole of 1-1 1/2 times the thread diameter being used
Unlike the standard glue-on non-skid elastomer pad, this unique snap-on elastomer cup gives greater stability to non-skid application requirements. Especially durable when equipment needs to be moved or repositioned.
Mount swivels 7 1/2° to all sides of the center line to adjust to uneven surfaces.
To determine the proper mount size and required load per mount, divide the equipment weight by the number of mounts needed.
Other thread sizes and stud lengths available upon request.
→ The base and stem are both made from carbon steel with plating treatment,stainless steel
304 grade or 202 grade is available.
→ Applications: heavy-duty equipment,the base can be added rubber pad for anti-slip
→ maximum static vertical load 5000KG
