Vacuum precision casting furnace is designed for Melting vacuum heat-resistant high-temperature alloy material,and Casting of Equiaxed as well as for directionally solidified (DS) or single crystal (SC) structures.
The furnace is designed as a Three-Chamber Vacuum precision casting furnace in the vertical design .
Filling, temperature, melting and casting will be performed under vacuum generated by a combination of mechanical pump/lobe pumps and oil diffusion pump. Powerful water cooling system guaranteeing the safe operation of furnace .Outstanding features of Vacuum precision casting furnace are as follows : Easy operation , precise control and high reliability .
