fingertip rope caulk weatherstrip and caulking cord
Composiation:
It is made of organic polymer material, offwhite and odorless. We are also able to
produce the Calking Cord on customer's request in various color, shape and dimension.
The base material is IIR(Isobutylene Isoprene Rubber), plus with soften-agent,
reinforcement-agent,anti-old agent and so on. Sticks to the construction surface that is to be waterproof by its self-adhesive ability without heating and any help of other tool or solvents. So the adhesive work is easy and high efficient, there are no environmental pollution, no harmful or poisonous gas spreading in operation of the self adhesive tape coiled material. Because of no blight to workers and environment the products are suitable for a variety of airtight places.
Features:
1) It has high non-drying quality and self-adhesive strength
2) The material also has expansibility to automatically adapt the limited
deformation of the construction structure and small gaps caused by
shrunk concrete
3) The product has fairly plasticity, and it can be used to stuff the small
gaps happened during the construction
4) As per customers' requests, our company is able to control and limit the
harmful and poisonous contents such as bitumen, lead, cadmium and
mercury in its products therefore the tapes that Bonder produces are
really eco-friendly coiled material. We can also produce special
characteristic produces, which are fire-resistant, insulative, voltage-
resistant and electromagnetic shielding
5) This product accords to RoHS directive by the European Union
Application:
It has extreme conformability and is usually used to fill in the crevice which on
the surface of building, timber and concrete wall or floor.
