Because the cost and exchange rate changes rapidly, so all of our quotation for you is with 30 days valid. If you need any update price, please feel free to contact us.
5. What is the package for your products?
It is mainly made by wooden case package.
6. Could I get spare parts?
We will enclose with one year quick wear parts for your order.
7. How do you deliver my orders?
As most of our products are heavy and large, by sea or railway is better. Airfreight or express can also be arranged upon request.
8. How long can you arrange delivery?
About 30 days after we received the deposit (apyment term: 30% by T/T in advance, 70% by T/T or L/C before shipment), all the machines will be ready. You are welcomed to test the machine in my factory or we send you video of your machine running.
9. What documents can you provide me for Customs clearance?
We will provide you with usual documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL. The other documents also can be provided upon request.
10. How about your after-sale service?
We have English Manuals for all products, which can help you to know the operation easily,
My technician is available to go aboard to install the machines and guide the workers of buyer how to operate and necessary repair, and give buyer a turnkey project.
