Procedure of T-shirt Heat Press Printing
1. Select your favorite photo/picture from your computer.
2. Print it out onto inkjet paper by common Epson inkjet printer.
3. Sublimation ink is required.
4. Stick the paper with photo on the surface of products you print by heat resistant tape.
5. Set temperature and time moderately on T-shirt heat press machine
6. Tear off the image paper after the countdown is complated.
7. Enjoy your personal designed Perfect Product!

How to Make DIY MUGS
Pursuit of personality is now becoming a fashion among youth. As a matter of fact, sublimation mugs come to the sight of these youngsters, as personalized images can be printed on the mug. Now, Vesub is ready to help explore the way of making personalized ceramic mugs wholesale.
First of all, we would have to know what equipment and consumable are needed. (Computer, Epson printer, Mug press machine, Sublimation ink, Sublimation paper, tape and blank sublimation mug). What is worth mentioning is that sublimation mugs are special for its coating on the surface. Normal mugs are not available for sublimation printing
1:. Make a high dimension picture on the computer Make sure size of the image is suitable for the ceramic mug.
2: Print the picture on Sublimation paper by inkjet printer Mirror printing
3. Cut the printed image and wrap it on the sublimation mug. Stick the picture to the mug by thermal tape.
4 Turn on Mug Press, set the parameter (Lowest Temperature: 230 degree, Highest Temperature: 330 degree, Time: 40s)., And put the mug into the mug press, press the start button activate the mug press.
5: Buzzer beeps when time is over, take the mug out but do not tear the paper off the mug immediately. It is advised to disclose the corner of the paper and see how the printing effect goes If the printing effect is not that.. perfect, put the mug back to the mug press and heat the mug again.
