How to make 3D sublimation phone case using 3D sublimation vacuum machine ?
Vesub has shared the process which making sublimation phone cases with aluminum sheet, today let us talk how to make a sublimation 3D phone cases, which print the photo on the edges of phone cases.
First of all, let us ready necessary accessories:
3D sublimation vacuum machine, blank 3D phone case, sublimation paper, injet printer with sublimation ink, and the photo, the most important tool - 3D sublimation transfer metal tool, which can not be missed.
Now let us start:
1. Printing the photo onto the sublimation paper throught injet printer, with image printing solution (Same process as sublimation mug's).
2. Cut the size which match phone case, stick it into the phone case, make sure it can not move easier & correct position.
3. Put the metal tool into the phone case.
4. Power on the 3D sublimation vacuum machine, set the correct time & temperature (as per Vesub's instruction), put the phone case and tool onto the working board, make sure the machine were in vacuum condition when it works, take them out when machine alarmed.
