UHMWPE ropes are more abrasion resistant than high carbon steel, are resistant to UV light and they float!
UHMWPE Ropes are also have much less stretch than nylon or Dacron lines.UHMWPE Ropes are great for most sailboat lines, mooring lines, tow and winch lines.
