Automatic Welding Machine for LPG Tank Handle and Base

1.Machine is composed of base, spindle box, clamping and special conductive device, 

adjustable universal ball bracket, torch axial moving mechanism, welding gun pneumatic

 rapid advance and retreat mechanism, 2-dimensional adjustment mechanism, electrical control

 system, pneumatic system and welding power source.

2.Welding torch can be adjusted up and down, side to side and angled turn. Cylinder will rotate. Machine is equipped with 1pc welding torch. 

3.Japan OMRON PLC is used to control the whole machine. With the help of touch screen, welding mode and specification can be preset,stored and retrieved. There will be fault alarm and indication during welding process, such as stuck wire, blocked wire, etc. 

4. Push-type wire feeder: The wire feeder works stably. Machine is with high welding voltage and slow wire feeding performance, which guarantees reliable arc igniting. Machine is also with low welding voltage and low welding current for filling crater.
