LX-II continous automatic fryer consist of: belt conveying system,automatic rising system,automatic filter system, automatic oil tempreture controling system, oil adding system and heating system. It can adopt coal,gas, diesel oil, galvanothermy, realize automatic industrialization pruducing. It applies to frying inflating snack food, flour made food, meat etc.
1) Recirculation heating by hot oil furnace keeps the frying oil temperature up quickly and small fluctuation.
2) Dynamic oil filter makes it easy to clean waste at any moment on the process to keep oil fresh and avoid oil deteriorated.
3 )Optimized fryer structure ensures small consumed oil and high oil velocity.
4 )Separated frying and conveying part makes it easy to clean., and vibrating feeder guarantees the equal feeding.
5) Energy resources such as diesel, gas or coal are available.
