Automatic puffed food making snack machine

Snacks food extruder machine use advanced double extruding technology, through changing moulds and production techniques to produce many kinds of popular snacks food in the market.

 

 

1. Raw materials: corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc `

 

2. Product shape: Various shapes are available such as ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel, flower, star and heart shape by adjusting the mould in the extruder. We can custom-made the shape.

 

3. Capacity: 100-150kg/h

 

 

4. Extruder working principle:

Feeding system, extruding system, heating system, driving system, cutting system and control system. The raw materials are put into barrels by feeder. After high temperature and high pressure in the barrels, and then extruded through the mould, the raw material is expanded to expect shape.

5.Our features:

Enforced lubrication system, assure durable for each part of driving system,Frequency inverter for speed adjustment,Auto temperature control system, easy for temperature control. Self clean function of screws. No need to unload screws for clean when stop producing.
