Advantage:
(1) Excellent Heat Preservation
With low heat-conduct property, the heat insulation of plastic is 1250 times better than aluminum profiles. Especially with good air-sealing property, even though it is dozens of degree below zero outside door, it is another warm world indoors.
(2) Pressing Resisting
With special pressing resisting techniques, WNANL PVC profiles remain good and sound with a heavy hammer of 1kg freely drooped from one meter height under the environment of minus ten degrees.
(3) Perfect Sound Insulation
The structures are well-designed, and the joints are tight. The testing results show it is under 20 db, and it is qualified to the regulations of DIDN4109.
(4) Good Water Sealing Property
The water absorption is under 0.1 percent. With rain-proof plate, and grooves and poles water drainage, doors and windows can isolate rain to outdoors completely. It is accordance with the regulations of DIDDN18055.
(5) Aging Resisting
Adopting imported improver, and with ultraviolet-radiation-proof absorbent, plastic doors and windows remain the same color and without aging under burning sun, heavy rain, dryness, and wetness from minus 30 degrees to 70 degrees.
(6) Fire Proof Property
The plastic does not self-ignite, not support combustion, and can self-extinguish.
(7) No Erosion
The PVC profiles does not eroded by acid, base, and does not affected by exhaust gas and salt.
(8) Fine Air-tightness
With high-quality sealed strips on the gaps of joints. The air impermeability of the joins is under 4m3/MNHM. In the house with heating and cooling equipment, we can make full use of the effect of air condition and save energy.
(9) Easy Maintained
The PVC profiles will not be influenced by dust, cement, and agglutinant, etc. They can be cleaned by any cleaning agents.
